Twin Pine Resort

The camper was clean and beautiful and the area was quiet and peaceful. The lake was good for swimming, fishing, boating, and had lots of room to lay in the sun on the grass. Charles was very responsive and friendly. We very much enjoyed our stay! Five stars!

We loved our stay. The tiny home is, well, tiny —but also clean with a marvelous view and feels more spacious than it looks. The kitchen is well equipped, and the outdoor grill is in great shape. The smokeless fire pit is so easy and Charles has firewood available. The Roku projector works like a dream. The picture is surprisingly crisp. The place is peaceful. Charles is responsive to your needs.

Happy Camper! Our stay at The Acadia was perfectly lovely! The resort is quiet, the lake is peaceful, and you can’t beat the view from the deck! The camper was the perfect size for two adults, and was modern and comfortable. Our host, Charles, was responsive and attentive but never overbearing. The area is chock-full of places to go and things to do. I wish we had more time to stay! Whenever we come back to this area, we will check availability at Twin Pine Resort first!

the Arcadia was a beautiful camper, everything was very clean and ready. the bed was very comfortable, but if you are vertically challenged a little difficult to get into. I sent Charles a note and he came over quickly to provide a step-stool for me. the scenery was so beautiful and relaxing. even tho it rained a couple of days we were there, we got alot of fishing done! Lots of bluegills, a bass and a crappie. Beach Bums on ottertail lake was so delicious and very reasonable priced. also underwood cafe was great for breakfast too! Would definitely recommend and want to go back... so peaceful too. Thanks Charles!!!

Our stay was short since we were just passing through the area, but we could not be happier with it. Beautiful home and everything was clean and organized. Location is pretty and peaceful. We would absolutely stay again!

The Arcadia was beautiful and was equipped with all the essentials. The lake was pristine and sunsets were breathtaking. Our boys (13 and 7) loved paddle boarding, kayaking, and swimming near the RV (all accessible at the site). Great location and only about an hour from Detroit Lakes and an hour and a half from Itasca. Highly recommend.

We had a great stay! There is so much room for outdoor activities, plenty of recreational water activities to do with items being provided by the host. The cabin and patio was perfect for any sort of gathering or quiet relaxing setting. 10/10 stay!

Clean, modern, & comfortable camper! The location was peaceful, quiet, and beautiful! All listed amenities available and clean! I loved that the rental included use of kayaks, paddle boats, yard games, fishing poles, and more! Beach area was perfect for hanging out! This place is awesome and Charles the host was super helpful, kind and responsive!

We were looking for a place to stay last minute for our family of 4, for the 4th of July, and Charlie responded to a post I had on a FB group offering this beautiful cabin he had just finished building and listed for the first time. He was extremely responsive, communicative and accommodating. The cabin is beautiful, modern and exactly as described. Everything was great, but perhaps the best part was the location. The property is fantastic and quiet and the lake is literally steps from the front door. The amenities, like a pedal boat, paddle boards, kayaks(even youth ones) and more were exactly what we were looking for and needed. If you are looking for a quiet and relatively private location that is only 2.5-3 hours from the cities then this is where you want to be. We will definitely be back.

Stayed there last year and was just as impressed with the overall place and host. Charles is a great host and site operator. Everything is neat and clean and just all-round great place to relax. We will definitely recommend staying here and be coming back
