Nestled in the heart of Otter Tail County, Minnesota, the Arcadia is a fully-equipped camper that offers the perfect blend of comfort and exploration. Your stay includes access to the sandy beach, two docks, a boat launch, several kayaks & paddle boards, and a pontoon rental. There are many nearby attractions including two state parks, dining options for everyone, plenty of shopping, and over 1000 lakes including the nearby Otter Tail Lake.

Sleeping Arrangements: Rest peacefully in the California King bed with a luxurious memory foam mattress. The couch converts to an additional King-sized bed for extra guests or children. Kitchen Convenience: The large and functional kitchen boasts a three-burner gas stove and oven, a microwave, a fridge and freezer, and a deep sink. All of the essential cookware and utensils are provided making meal preparation a breeze. Bathroom Facilities: Freshen up in the camper's private bathroom complete with a shower, toilet, and sink. Climate Control: Stay cozy regardless of the weather with both air conditioning and heat available. Entertainment Options: The camper is equipped with a flat-screen TV in the living room and bedroom with streaming apps. Outdoor Living: Step outside and revel in the beauty of lake's country! The camper features two awnings which create a shaded outdoor space with comfortable seating. Gather around the smokeless firepit, BBQ on the propane grill, play yard games in the grass, or fish off the docks! As a resort guest, you also have included access to the kayaks, paddleboards, and paddleboat. Location: The Arcadia is located in a serene and picturesque campground with nearby hiking trails, fishing spots, golfing, and shopping. The campground does have other guests staying in nearby campers and cabins.

In order to keep The Arcadia a clean and peaceful destination we do not allow pets or smoking of cigarettes or marijuana. Please respect other guests by keeping noise to a minimum between 11:00pm and 8:00am.

Guests will have sole access to the entire camper and the attached deck. Guests will have shared access to the hundreds of feet of sandy shoreline, the yard, docks, boat launch, and kayaks. The Arcadia is part of a small resort owned by the host. There are other cabins and campers on the property.

Amazing stay! The place was beautiful, peaceful, and had everything we needed even things we didn’t expect! Charles was extremely kind and helpful, going above and beyond to make our stay easy and comfortable. He even came to help us when our car battery died such a great person! Highly recommend this place. We truly enjoyed our time here!

A fantastic camper! It felt spacious and comfortable for the two of us. The location was incredible. We loved getting to wake up right by the lake and take out the paddleboards first thing. Highly recommend staying here!

Great place to stay. Camper had everything we needed. Plenty of space for myself, spouse and two kids. Took advantage of the kayaks to do some fishing and swimming in the lake. Had a couple of questions and Charles answered right away. Would definitely stay again!

My kids and I had a great time. Cozy, nice camper that was spotlessly clean and stocked with everything needed. There’s a sandy beach steps away from the camper that my kids had a great time playing at. Lots to do, it’s less than 20 minutes away from nearby state parks and little towns to explore.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and exploring all the surrounding area has to offer, especially Phelps Mill and the Otter Tail river. Fishing and scenery were equally fantastic! The camper was incredibly comfortable with everything we needed for a relaxing and worry-free trip.

The camper was clean and beautiful and the area was quiet and peaceful. The lake was good for swimming, fishing, boating, and had lots of room to lay in the sun on the grass. Charles was very responsive and friendly. We very much enjoyed our stay! Five stars!
